If Poland would dominate Eastern Europe it would be Easternized. Probably not to Russia levels, but it would gain a lot of Eastern traits.
So I guess a more liberal state resembling a bit Eastern Poland and Belarus.
Probably would resemble somewhat Austro-Hungary in that it would have quite interesting culture, charming cites but rather inefficient administration and army that would be hesistant to fight for the state(with exception of Poles and Cossacks perhaps)

People are unified by blood, not by abstract ideas and there would be a lot of different peoples living in this hypothetical Polish-Lithuanian-Russian Commonwealth. In the end Lithuania and parts of Ruthenia would be fully polonised. Everything else would secede.

Genetically that maybe so, but culturally they are very different. 500 years ago that divide would have been smaller, but still Poles being Catholics and Russians being Orthodox would cause problems in the eventual union.
