obviously the best thing is to be born with good clavicles but having well developed delts and lats will legit make your "frame" look better

I've never understood the stress over width. Check out pic related. Not the widest of frames but they look fuaaarcking joocy

Regardless of the limits of your bone structure, pull/chin-ups and ohp are excellent for upper-body development.

They have disproportionate traps. If he wasn't juiced his delts would be proportionate to his traps and his overall appearance would be a pretty wide natty

I'm Btw the only thing I found to look not bad even with narrow clavicles is to have huge lats so back is bending forward so is the delts but thanks god I may have narrow clavicles I have god tier lats genetics
