Millet groats with apple and banana

Oats with cinnamon
Add a banana and peanut butter if bulking

Cook in butter or add brown toast if bulking

Okay fit, here it is. The most amazing protein-y breakfast ever.

Take the Japanese breakfast comfort food tamago kake gohan, which is a room temperature egg cracked over hot rice mixed with soy sauce, but instead of rice use buckwheat.

Seriously. The savoriness of buckwheat complements the egg and soy flavors wonderfully and is tons more nutritious than empty white rice.

Since I eat breakfast at work, I do oats the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight! (=Overnight Oats).

put 150g frozen berries in fridge overnight
add 300g greek yogurt and 50g wheat bran in morning and eat

Make sure the eggs is at room temperature OR use a fried egg. Works either way

don't have time to cook breakfast in the morn, it's a protein bar and a greek yogurt cup for me. I get my eggs in during the evening.
