if you cant go up to 110 degrees or so with your lat raise, use a lighter weight. it makes a huge difference.

also you really need more than one exercise to increase your delt volume. OHP is good but it won't get the lateral and posterior delts as much.

Yes, I try for 12-14 with 20 lbs and OHP has become my best lift.
