Right now my schedule is:

Mon: OHP
Wed: Deadlift
Fri: Bench
Sun: Squat

I'm doing the variation of 5/3/1 where you do 5x10 of the alternate exercise at the end of your regular set. So on bench day I'll do 5x10 of OHP etc..

This is after about a year of Strong Lifts. So when's a good day to test my max bench?

shoulder impingement is more likely on bench than OHP, unless you OHP like a retard bodybuilder with wide grip (wtf)

No that's a load of rubbish. I remember when I did 240lbs (110kg) for 10 reps and could only do 132.5kg max. Heck, even at 110kg x 15 it was st ill 132.5kg.

Now I can do 150kg, but that was only when I managed 130kg x 10. I don't think the number of reps you do after around 5 become an accurate estimate for your 1RM, as most calculators will tell you too. I do 140kg x 5, go figure I do 150kg x 1 max. I've been stuck on it for 2 years now too lol.

I actually have a lower back injury from deadlift that has made it so I can't squat anymore and I deadlifted 305kg and squatted 260kg max... now I can barely DL 100kg and am scared to even pick up anything more than 60kg anyway, and recently, could do 180kg squat but fucked up my back doing 8 reps on 140kg (aimed for 20, wtf?)

So don't talk shit user. All excersises have their risk, even with good form. If you don't feel strong enough or up to it on the day, sometimes it's best to leave it, or you will risk an injury. I can't squat or deadlift anymore, it's really affected my life outside the gym as I am scared to pick things up or bend over too much. Not fun.

Oh, I also tore my pec bench pressing 205kg for 1. Never had an injury with OHP though except I smashed my thumb buut that was just from sheer stupidity with the safety bars and dropping the weight.

basically my left pec makes all the effort and the right gets bypassed by the shoulder, so my left pec is way bigger than the right.

I don't think he has said that he has had an actual diagnose, I think he found that the food he ate had a severe effect on his mood and that he's now doing keto/used to do keto and is now just avoiding carbs
