>looks like he barely lifts

All of his muscles are deadlift muscles. That's why his bw:dl ratio is so obscene

>looks like he bearly lifts

??????????????

if you think he looks like he barely lifts you are completely disconnected from the real world.

THIS

>pulls sumo
oh that explains why he looks dyel

Because leverages. Look at all the asian manlets that pull 6plates+. Moving the bar 5cm. He is basically the same, just taller, but with the same leverages.

he has the body of the average gymrat that squat 2 plates

bullshit. He also rows 4 plates for reps

I squat almost 5pl8 and I dont have that kind of arms

Who that even is?

wierzbicki impersonator from usa

look at the first 3 seconds of this video.

then post body

because squats dont work your arms dummy.
now if you had a 2pl8 ohp and 15 deadhang pullups..thats another thing

He looks pretty big desu.

If he cared about cutting he would be pretty aesthetic.

He's Not big at all compared to some natty bodybuilders that cant pull half of His weight, but he looks athletic nonetheless

If you think normies will think he is huge you're sorely mistaken.

Maybe 20 years ago, but today is the age of the steroids. The only way to impress normies at a similar size is to be super lean.

And when in a shirt people will ask you if you work out, at all.

>15 deadhang pullups
For pullups you use weight to progress after getting like 10-15 in for best gains. Add in rows and your upper back is gonna jacked af.

Just because he doesn't have glycogen inflated roid muscles doesn't mean he looks DYEL. The guy clearly looks like he lifts. He is really wide and has well developed musculature.

There is a difference in training. If you lift with a strength focus and you don't do a lot of isolation work, you will not get gigantic, but you will still look like you lift and you will actually be strong.

Guys who do high reps on the chest press machine may be bigger, but they're a lot weaker. It's all about what your goals are, but one thing is for sure, if you get really strong, you will look like you lift.

>glycogen inflated roid muscles

>hurr durr I am a DYEL with no understanding of anything, trying to shit on others
