I maintain while eating as much as I can, can't be assed to track calories so I always gotta play it by ear and actively dial shit back if I feel like I'm losing more definition than I'd like, keto helps in not being hungry all the time during long classes and staying a bit leaner for me personally. So I guess technically I'm bulking, just slow as fuck
