Hey, lads. Haven't worked out in a long time, but my job is a lot of full body labor. Does that suffice for exercise or should I be lifting along with it? I usually don't have the energy at the end if the day. I get 45-60 hours depending on conditions.
I feel like I've hit a plateau with weight, but my body looks more toned and feels more fit. I only need to lose about 20lbs to be satisfied.

Caution: apple cider vinegar is extremely bitter. You need to mix it with water (1/10 vinegar) to drink without wishing you were dead. To make it even less terrible, mix in a scoop of stevia. Sure, it's a sweetener, but only a tenth the calories of sugar. Drink it once a day, for dinner.
Some people have somehow managed to cope with the vinegar as is, but I dunno how. Still, you should try one gulp of it as it is, to understand what you're dealing with.
