I'm getting pretty skelly but I've still got a lower belly bulge and I dont have much more weight I can lose (male, 5'6, 67.5kg), will it actually go completely flat or do I need to build up my abs and the bit between my belly button and groin more to get it to be flush? Hey, lads. Haven't worked out in a long time, but my job is a lot of full body labor. Does that suffice for exercise or should I be lifting along with it? I usually don't have the energy at the end if the day. I get 45-60 hours depending on conditions.

I feel like I've hit a plateau with weight, but my body looks more toned and feels more fit. I only need to lose about 20lbs to be satisfied.

And anyway, refined sugar is the easiest thing in the world to absorb, it happens at the very beginning on the small intestine whereas fruit takes longer - so refined sugar would be the LEAST likely to feed any sort of pathogen.
