OP, go mostly vegan and do more cardio until your body hardens off, then reintroduce fat back into your diet until you no longer feel hungry, but not so much that you feel lethargic

if OP ditches this "bulking" nonsense and eats 90-95% legumes, produce, and complex carbs (whole grains, mushrooms/probiotics, etc.) ottermode is inevitable. feel hungry after a workout, eat PB and granola to sustain through dinner, which should have 5 kale leaves and 3 garlic cloves minimum

Youd be eating an average of a 1000 calories a day dude if you didnt lift youd lose 2 pounds a ween if you just ate this diet (IE did this everyday of the week not just for three days) if you were to eat at maintenance for four days and then eat this for three in theory youd lose a pound a week but thats if you TDEE is 2000 calories if its higher youd lose more. (2000 calories a day is an average TDEE)
