My forearms are small as hell compared to the rest of me, what are some exercises I can do to grow them

Farmer's walks, hammer curls, plate pinching, wrist curls

Wrist rollers for 5+ sets of "go until you literally can't because they can't function anymore", or rock climbing 6x a week.

Forearms are pretty much only comprised of slow twitch fibers.

Go rock climbing / Bouldering

Also farmers walk, pull ups, wrist rotations, rotational dumbbell curls.

Static hands from the pull-up bar or loading up a barbell heavy and holding it works well too.

Just hang off the bar like a nigger for a min + at a time kills forearms

I get most of my forearm work from:
Double overhand deads
Double overhand thumbless deads
Reverse grip ez bar bicep curls.
Occasionally, I do hammer curls.

when you do double overhand deads do you palm the bar or place it higher up near your fingers? Does it make a difference in terms of forearm work?
