So I weighed myself today and realized I've lost 151 lbs.
Instead of thinking of that as an accomplishment, all I think is "Damn, I was fat as hell.". I can use regular clothes as night shirts now.

the lack of clothes is starting to piss me off now
I have 1 teeshirt that fits well and have to use a belt with my 42" waist trousers
it looks ridiculous, but I don't want to spend money on clothes that won't fit me in another few months

op shop if you have some in your area, i'm not sure what they call them else where, the second hand charity stores.

I used to be 350lbs and found it easiest to just plan out exactly what I was going to eat in advance and then not even think about anything else. If you space the meals evenly you can just think about your next meal, chew some sugar free gum, and drink water and black coffee. If you live by yourself it's even easier, just don't buy shit food, just buy things like eggs and chicken.

Have you thought about going to a thrift shop/goodwill to get cheap clothes that fit better? I went to one near me and was able to get some bargains on clothes that looked new. On top of the already low prices, on Tuesdays, mine has everything half off.

I did it again, I ate another jar of peanut butter today

Well it's so fucking weird because there are times where I went over my calories by like 1000 yet somehow gained 4lbs overnight. it made no sense. Now this is just as baffling.

I distinctly remember being 273, having a cheat meal of lasagna (4500 calories) and the next day I was almost 280. What the fuck man.

Any sort of medical disorders that could do this to me? Maybe I should go see doctor man

It's because you'd have 4500 calories worth of heavy food sitting inside you digesting still. It's not a food that's going to go in and out like vegetables. Lasagna is full of carbs and salt, which both make you retain water on top of that, man. It's not that hard to understand.

If you are getting your macro as getting enough essential nutrients and you aren't at risk of bingeing I don't see the problem.
I'm on 1500kcal at the moment and If I bother to make filling meals it's fine, but you start feeling ill effects you should back off to 2000cal.

Stretch marks aren't that bad. Women aren't going to care anywhere near as much as you. I think they do have surgery for making them lighter if it bothers you that much, though.
Also heard derma rollers can help.

Pictures are the best way to see visual difference. When you see yourself in the mirror every day you don't notice changes.
If I hadn't taken any pictures I would still feel like nothing changed. Only when I look at pictures of myself form 6 months ago I can really appropriate the change

Maybe try up calories a little? When I was eating 1200 it was hell, my body probably thought it was in extreme conditions and fought for every gram of fat.
