i convinced my gf to start exercisin. She s kinda small, have a big ass and thubderthights. i have the feeling she could
have a great body if she loses some fat and tone up her legs and ass.
shes gonna start comin to the gym with me next week and asked me for a routine.
i was thinkin in lots of cardio, squats and core exercisin.

any routines around for women?
