How do you determine if your weight lifting session was light, moderate, or vigorous?

How do you determine if your weight lifting session was light, moderate, or vigorous?

I'm wanting to record it in my Lose It app, but is there a standard weight limit for either of the 3? Or is it more by your body?

I would assume a shorter or thinner guy (or beginner) might find a moderate workout with the same weight a big dude would find light?

How do I determine?

I used a bench. Did the SS routine, but I'm a manlet and just starting so I know I'm using light weight. But is it light considering I'm 130 lbs and just beginning?

Pretty obvious shit, vigorous should have you sore and barely breathing. Tired as fuck. Light should have you only slightly tired and not sore. If I weightlifted for 30 min, I'd say its light. If I weightlifted for 1.5hrs I'd be vigorous for me.

Ok thanks. I knew it wouldn't vigorous but was wondering about moderate or when it becomes moderate.
