I don't understand how so many people enjoy them. They're an extremely taxing and time consuming exercise, combined with the fact that they do almost nothing to make you more aesthetic, compared to bench/ohp/rows etc.

I always saw reasonable bicep gains from just pullups/rows/lat pulldown, but when i started incorporating curls my biceps blew up and i got dat dere juicy vein. Don't be an inverse curlbro.

I personally don't like it because progress is slow and stalls occur often. I feel that my front delts get enough work from benching. Also, OHP is a meme for full shoulder growth. DYELs act like all is OHP for big shoulders, which is just not true.
