A lot of it just comes down to genetics.

For example my deadlift progression is good and my ohp is bad, which is normal. However my bench right now equals my squat.

incline and close grip are the only ones worth doing, conventional is a waste of time, time you could be doing DB bench instead

>do dips instead, develop more strength in pecs
>come back to bench 3 weeks later
>rep 185 for 4x3

You squat with proper form and have bad leverages for squatting

You don't know how to brace properly while keeping your back tight.
