If you play a sport and you're strong you look fine and will look bigger in clothes than the abs only dyels if you're an aesthetics lifter then you need to cut.

Everything has went up 30-50lbs, recently repped a 185lbs OHP which felt nice.

And if I bulk and tan I could probably regain the before "look" but with more lean mass, the sick flow is gone tho

185 is fucking amazing if you have the right form lifting. I just made 175 OHP, felt heavy as shit

It's been 2 months. Feeling pretty good about my progress so far.

Lots of bulking ahead though

7 years lifting, currently have a spine injury, getting an MRI to find out what it is. Did something to it when deadlifting (tried to set a PR at 310kg, nope, can't even squat over 140kg now, been 3 months too).

I competed in powerlifting for fun while at Uni for 4 years. Before that I trained for strength. Now I train high volume, lower weights, higher reps. Simply because I keep getting injuries, I am also bored of lifting sometimes and really enjoy being able to actually run more than 100m, doing a 5 mile run is great. So is cycling more than 30 miles without being tired, like I used to be.

i spent most of my time bulking, got up to a disgusting 110kg fat lard ass, cut down to 77kg, bulked to 88kg, cut to 82kg, bulked to 100kg, cut to 92kg, bulked to 96kg as I am at now. Used UD 2.0 a lot, PSMF, 5/3/1, texas method, SS, 5x5, kelly baggets assortment of routines, the cube, westside barbell, a couple of beginners oly lfiting programs, sheiko and smolov. Ran out of wtf to try now, just do my own shit.


Any recommendations to progress my bench? Stuck at 180kg for 2 years now. OHP is stuck at 110kg if I'm lucky.
