In this timeline, Germans had never won the Battle of Marne and captured Paris like they did in our timeline. What followed was bitter trench warfare in France with US joining in 1917 (?), Russia going through revolution and Germany finally capitulating in 1918.

some of the hypothetical changes make sense. like independent Finland. French Alsace-Lorraine is awful but it is historical. maybe Estonia and Lithuania. Latvia isn't really just one ethnic group, but it's probably a good idea to have a buffer state in between Lithuania and Latvia. I guess Northern Ireland is a Protestant enclave?
but Austria-Hungary is just a mess, that Paradox-tier boredgore to the north looks like someone just wanted to cut down Germany by giving land to the Poles, Danes, and French and reduce their population/industrial capacity (it's what I would do), and the idea of Russia being the only country in Europe to fall to liberal revolution is literally Opposite Day.

It suprises me how little you know about the Great war, user. I thought everyone knew that Anglos signed peace with Krauts after stalemate on Normandy front.
But Russians didn't capitulate, user. They signed a separate peace with the Germans in 1918 or 1919, not in 1917 like they did in our timeline. However this is where the things start going different rout. In this theoretical scenario, Provisional goverments doesn't sign the peace so Bolsheviks or Mensheviks more likely (those were like communists or socialists or something) start a civil war. After the Bolsheviks win, they sign the peace treaty.
