Been actually following a routine for maybe 4 or 5 months.
Pretty happy so far, cut back on drinking and that's made a big difference.

Should take less time than that. I tried to do PHAT but my schedule just doesn't allow for that much volume, so instead I just pick a compound for the muscle group I want to hit that day, do like a set of 8, then 5, then 3, then just keep doing doubles or singles til I match or hopefully break PR. Then I'll do some accessories in the range of 3x8 or 5x5 depending on what they are or how heavy I go.

Just do what feels right. An example would be:

DL 1x8, 1x5, 1x3, then singles up to or over PR
Weighted dips 3x8
Weighted chin ups 3x8
Heavy rack pulls 3x1 with long pause at the top

So basically just train for heavy compounds and ignore all the brosplit bullshit, but include more variety and rep ranges than most strength programs like SS or SL.

I ohp a 22.5kg dumbbell in each arm for 12x3 for delts and do some pull ups.

Guess all I can do for biceps are curls

You bench more than me and your chest looks compared to your body, I personally do OHP with a barbell (0.25pl8) and what I do for biceps and triceps is
4x8-12 hammer curls

4x8-12 dumbbell curls

3x5 weighted chin ups (10kg added)

3x8-12 overhead triceps extensions

3x8-12 triceps pushdowns

And I bench 75kg 3 reps

I used to be a really fat young kid and I think I have dysmorphia as a result; I didnt realize how skinny I was even just a year ago until i looked back on it recently. I struggle with my diet and eating more cal than I put in; I work in a fast paced restaurant and walk about 5-7 miles a shift on top of cardio 5 days a week and 4 days lifting. Only recently Ive made an effort to be more disciplined with my proton and cal intake. It aint easy, mad respect to all you who have made it.
