As long as you got good genes, you don't even have to train rofl. Granted you still can get thicc with bad genes, but it will be way harder (ie expect at least 6 months into it to BEGIN seeing changes).
As for nutrition, thicc girls can sport higher %bf, so it won't matter much as long you're getting enough food and skipping on sweets.
Training wise, this is what I put up for my mixed asian gf (big tits, no ass), and it has been working well:
A/B style, 4 days a week at least:
5x5

> Assisted chin-ups or Pull-downs / Power or regular cleans

Go to the gym, find any machine or weight, regardless of what it's actual purpose is, use it to work your legs/ass in some way or another. Also don't worry about the rest of your body at all, just keep packing on the pounds to make that ass jooocy, in no time at all you'll be THICC but you'll realise that out of leggings/jeans etc your legs and belly look like shit and you'll come back here asking how to loose weight
