By definition my faith draws some lines that make me pretty conservative. Also the set of commandments we have that forbids the use of coffee, alcohol, tobacco, etc also contains the commandment to eat wholesome foods and to be physically active. The body is regarded as a sacred gift that is to be safeguarded and developed.
Religion aside growing up in a rural area with lots of farms the inability to do work because you are too fat, lazy or weak is viewed as unmasculine. Having a work ethic and being strong enough to perform necessary tasks is part of being a man.

I never put thought into any of that shit, I know fuck all about politics and can only name some philosophers but couldn't tell you anything about what their deal was.
My commitment to fitness comes from my responsibility over my dad, he had a stroke a couple years ago and while he's solid now he still needs someone to keep an eye on him. I figure if I'm not keeping myself in good shape, or at least maintaining a good routine then I can't effectively help him. Also I'd like to avoid having a stroke myself and the common health problems that come from inactivity and shit diet. My odds may only be slightly improved but if I'm doing what I can, I'll at least meet the end without regrets.
Morally/theoretically I'm fairly centrist, but for real world application I'm right winged. Depends on the issue though.

Considering that a lot of people die every single day just from lack of resources (food, medicine, shelter) and a small percentage of the population has far more than they need to live comfortably, capitalism is responsible for a lot of deaths.
I'm not saying communism is the way to go but we can't turn a blind eye to the shortcomings of the current system.

Capitalists don't go to africa and make sure no one is producing food, africans just don't bother to plant and fertilize farms because they lack the capacity to think ahead.

My preferred ideological political view would be anarcho syndicalism, but I'm a realist and I don't think current power structures would bend over to change that quickly. When people ask I'll normally just say something like "I'm very left leaning." Most people are powerless to effectuate major change, me included. Maybe after I finish my law degree and get my lifts up to intermediate standards I'll become a selfish consumerist libertarian, just like the good Jew cuck overlords want us to be.
