Water Filters. If you own a house install Reverse Osmosis ASAP, it's like $200. If not, get some Activated Carbon / Charcoal filters. They're not nearly as good as reverse osmosis, but way better than nothing. Make sure to change them every month or so.

Also avoid anything with mint in it. Mint, especially spearmint is commonly used to lower testosterone, usually with spearmint tea.

Okay, I was reading the above link here and I got to where it said "Stop the sugar". I kknow there's a lot of anti-sugar shills here on Veeky Forums as well, and I know processed sugar isn't good for you, but I have a question about that. Does fruit lower testosterone? It says that eating sugar laden food will cause an immediate drop in test, but I usually like to have a piece of fruit before a workout for some quick carbs, and a piece of fruit at night for dessert. Don't tell me I have to give up my fruit. I'm pretty confused on the whole, sugar is bad for you - fruit is full of sugar thing. On MyFitnessPal, I can get 50-60 grams of sugar alone in a single day from fruit, and that's from just like 3-4 servings. An apple, a peach, some blueberries and watermelon and bam, you're there.
