Every fucking normie playlist for cardio is just some shitty beat repeating itself for 4 minutes
Because normies suck ass?
I exclusively work out to fucked up drum and bass and hard acid techno.
This guy gets it. Hardcore techno while lifting master race.

This shit goes the hardest
Because most normie workouts suck ass. They have no idea of what they're doing so they pick the music they think they should be listing to.
Also this is now a workout playlist thread post em

I really like listening to touhou arrangements.
comfy
>go to YMCA gym years ago when I first started lifting with two gymbros
>theres a girl that sits at a desk in the middle of the weight room making sure no one does any retarded shit
>she also had control over the weight room's radio and would play "Die young" by kesha like 10 times over the hour we were there
>Another day I'm driving the three of us to the gym in my dad's minivan
>Die Young by Kesha comes on the radio
>I start and my two gym bros join in
>we sing along from start to finish
the only way it could have been gayer is if we parked somewhere, took all our clothes off and had sex afterwards
I miss those two glorious faggots
For some reason, sad music always makes me go harder. So idk about none of this normie lifting music shit. Try it, it works
Idk, the workout Playlist on Spotify last week opened with X gon give it to ya.
And if you're going to argue that the lyrics of DMX aren't timeless you can fight me Mr faggot
>x gon give it to ya over ruff ryders
no wonder DMX has serious anger issues. that and he's 10 million in debt.
my uni gym has a hood nigger behind the counter who mans the station and he always puts on some nice aggressive rap. don't even wear headphones when i go there.

i fucking love hardstyle for lifting
Recently I've been working out to the DOOM OST. Feels good.

This is also good

>Rob Bailey & The Hustle Standard - Beast
I would honestly rather listen to 8 hours of harsh noise than this fucking song. I don't understand how a living person thought it was a good idea to release this to the public.
>working out in the garage
>roommate is actually home on the weekend
>I start playing youtu.be
>the genre can be really good once you get over the initial "this shit sucks" curve
>roommate begins yelling at me to fix the washing machine
>comes out
>"it sounded like it was off-balance or you were working on something, idk man"
That's actually the worst thing I've ever listened to. Wtf?
You mean you didnt?
Gotta slow up, gotta shake this high
Gotta take a minute just to ease my mind
'Cause if I don’t walk then I get caught up
And I’ll be falling all the way down…
every fucking spotify fitness playlist..
Thanks for the album, it's awesome
That's what everyone says at first (myself included). All it takes is to forget you're listening to it and suddenly 20 minutes later you realize you're still listening, but this time for some reason you don't want to stop listening. It isn't that it's some 2deep4u thing or whatever but you start to pick up patterns and subtleties in it.
nice, i was just listening to 1930 by merz today. you would probably like red krayola too
it has that same kind of mindless primal rhythm feeling you get from harsh noise and the added bonus of great psychedelic rock in between
i only listen to roki vulovic when lifting weight
Lo-Fi and experimental hip hop gets me going.
good for hooning in muh Z31.
great for lifting

undead corporation is very good lifting music desu
>Three days grace, fall out boy, and DBZ
14 year old mexican kid?
I know right lol. It's something I like to hear once every other week.
White, but I did play soccer.
>that guy who lifts to experimental black metal or regula black metal
classic.
I've been lifting to this a lot recently youtube.com
Haven't heard a lot of Merzbow, but this one's alright. I can actually hear tangible things going on.
Still don't understand how they make music like this. Like I can pick up my guitar and write a riff, but with noise I don't know if they actually have ideas or if they just mess around with knobs until they hear something they think fits.
say what you will but you can't deny this shit goes hard as fuck, gets me pumped every time
I alternate between metal and goa
at first I tried lifting to nigga rap but it's so slow I actually forgot to lift as I was falling asleep between sets
