you don't, if it's a true fight then realize that the collarbones are among the best weakspots to hit. it requires 19-30 kg of force to break them and if they shatter it takes months to heal, may require operations and shit.

So what you want to do is do a few diversion jabs then knee/elbow him in the collarbone. if you do this correctly he will experience extreme pain. After stunning him the rest is pretty easy. Tear his ligaments apart. Start with the legs, take his calves and while holding your weight on the inner side of his knees drop your weight on them. This will either tear his knee ligaments or shatter his kneecaps depending on your weight and his health. Do not. DO NOT strike his abdomen/chest, neck/head as this might kill him. Optionally dislocate his shoulders by doing an armhold and once again placing your foot on his back, as if you were plucking a chicken.

basically: stun->use weight to cripple
