wasn't aware of how much i was consuming before but after i started lifting, i limited myself to about 1500 calories a day, with most of those coming from protein sources
it wasn't until i put them side by side that i realized i made the exact same face lol

what was your diet in a nutshell and how much water did you drink a day m8
mostly a combination of eggs, beef, chicken, brown rice and a variety of vegetables like tomatoes, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, onions all mixed up in bowls, as well protein shakes and meal replacement bars in between meals, shot for around 1500 kcals a day.
as for water i'd usually be drinking about 4-6 liters a day

Maybe 6-8 months of working out, went from total skinnyfat absolutely zero muscle to at least more muscle. Trying to bulk up now. 6' - was 190 in the first pic, 180 in the second.

U guys know if it's possible to get fit by merely body weight exercises I'm a bit low on funding so I don't go to gyms
Yeah its possible, so long as you work your way up to one arm pushups, pistol squats, advanced planking variations, etc... anything beats no exercise at all, better to get started sooner than later... and if you ever decide to start hitting a gym, you'll at least have a base to work off of, instead of starting from scratch. Calisthenics, jogging, swimming, biking, rowing... you can do all of those for little to nothing out of your pocket
