I hit 2pl8 bench first, shit was cake. 315 squat came shortly after, then 405 DL

It took me 8 months after I started lifting to hit 1/2/3/4 I think this is standard for everyone, if not, get your test levels checked

I've had a huge chest and shoulders my entire life. I was able to Bench 225 within the first 3 months of lifting but it probably took me over 3 years to squat 315.

Hit 315 squat, then 405 dead, then 225 bench. Was 16 so probably explains my weaker upper body at the time

2plate bench, then 4plate diddy, 3plate squat took about another 9 years. Which involved getting out of high school and stopping lifting for 8 years before starting again.

You could ride noobgains to 1/2/3/4 in 6 months, although a DYEL friend I had did it in 4.

8 months? I managed it in 3, starting from skelly

315 squat, 225 bench and I dont know what my deadlift max is but im reppin 385
