Heh. Look, not trying to knock you here, but the word 'roids' and people's knowledge of them and how they work, as well as all the different kinds out there, seems very ignorant and limited around here all too often.
No idea who this zyzz guy is or how he died, but no, just because he doesn't have a lot of muscle mass as opposed to a top IFBB'er or whatever, doesn't mean he isnt using something. For starters, he could easily be taking Testosterone. There are dumbed down androgens like Anavar, Premobolan and Winstrol which are more anabolic than pure androgenic which don't reqiire aromatase blockers to stop estrogen conversion (though they still suppress natural test levels and require HCG to be used off-cycle).

OPs post is also just very onesided and is using someone like Rich Piano to prove some bs point that steroids/androgens/hormones are bad if taken exogonously. No, they are not. If done right and properly, you wont have any problems. Rich, sadly, was overdoing it big time especially with that crazy cycle he posted a year ago where he was takin 10 different drugs in a span of 3 months.
It is also now confirmed he was taking PMMA and everyone knew this because his arms and delts were nothing but jelly blobs after awhile and was starting to look just like Greg Valentino's arms before one literally exploded. PMMA is basically these microscopioc oil-like pellets that are spot injected to blow up a certain area. They dont absorb or metabolize and in short, this can cause blockages, nerve damage, clots and god knows what else. Very dumb and dangerous. Rich never had big arms, ive seen pics in 99-2009 during some shows he did and they weren't big at all (his weak area, which everyone tends to have), and he was obviously very insecure about that, hence the PMMA.
Honesltly, much of Rich's body was cosmetically altered, something he would never admit to, yet was touted as 'always honest' in his advice. Yeah, he was a cool dude, but wasnt very smart in the end with the some of the choices he made.

This guy here shows a great analyis of Rich's evolution. You'll see what I mean about his arms and how unnatural and bloated they became over time, clearly showing cosmetic injections of PMMA.
Thing is, his arms really weren't that bad at all early on in the late 90s but for whatever reason he wanted them bigger and bigger and bigger until they looked clownish and totally fake.
