If you don't eat right, you won't have any gains at all
You need the raw supplies to build that body

don't give up, if you started out chubby or really fat, it'll take a while before you look the way you want

See how many fingers you can fit in your butthole. If you can fit less than 2 it means you have a naturally strong sphincter muscle, which indicates good genetics for muscle building.

A fuck me too user, not quite as severe. I can fit like 3.5 fingers. I have 15 inch biceps and it really feels lacking.
