weekdays are working days. I do fuck all on them save friday, some times I do stuff. nice to hit the town with the lads post arms/chest workouts due to that pump
luckily I have a really short commute so I can do this shit. If I had to drive 30+ each day to and from work, game over on gains. I'd probably just do as much of one compound movement a day, no time for any full body stuff or accessories or core work or anything. just bench/squat/deadlift/ohp

I'm almost intermittent fasting, the lunch I eat in the afternoon is very small. I honestly have found that I have more energy when I skip breakfast, have a small lunch, and lift right afterwards.

Been back in school for like 3 weeks now. I get out at 3 every day so i almost always work out right after 3. Then i go back and take a shower. Either chill or study for an hour until I go eat. After that it depends, I might have a club meeting or attending some event, if not I do homework and study until i got bed around 12. On some days in the mornings I get up a little bit earlier to go do undergrad research. Shit is rough so far man.

How do I wake up early?

My days are always different but that is my general schedule so far. Like I said, on the days where I don't have to get up as early, sometimes I head into my lab and do undergrad research. Sometimes I might not hit the gym until later on because of meetings and shit after classes.

I'm fucked in that department mate... But you can meet people anywhere. Clubs, organizations, events, classes, labs, jobs, parties, etc. etc. And if you are really social then you could probably pick up girls at the fucking library hahaha

You should probably get out more mate, and then maybe you won't think about killing yourself every day.

What are you studying? You should join some clubs and organizations through your school. If you go to a community college, look into making one. Something to do and looks great on a Resume. Overall you just gotta go out and meet new people man.

Just graduated 3.9 last year at top 5 US college, now getting a funded masters at a state school doing what I love every day. Tons of time to lift, plenty of friends and cute girls. Started lifting as a junior. Don't take it too seriously but still get in the gym 4 times a week for strength and cardio. 6 foot, 170 lbs, almost 1234 (lagging bench from a life of no upper body use), 19 min 5k. not anything worth bragging about, but I look good and I'm happy.

My undergrad schedule changed every quarter but it was almost always wake up between 9-11, study while making and eating breakfast, study or class til eating lunch, workout or study til dinner. Evenings class or free. Usually music or hanging out.

Grad school schedule so far is wake up way earlier, bike to campus, study/eat/work out/class til biking home for more study

If you're happy with your body in terms of aesthetics I'd recommend signing up for a martial art like Jiu Jitsu or Judo. Just so you can interact with people and learn some cool stuff.
