I don't particularly like them. Its okay if they're short and really skinny because it makes them 'petite' or whatever the latest buzzword is, but when they're built like models and really tall and skinny, then they start to look gross.

Nothing wrong with taller women, but when they're really skinny they have that gawky, lanky skeletal look I personally find really unattractive, they're built like 14 year olds boys who just hit their growth spurts, or some horror one would find lurking in a cave and feasting on the souls of fallen adventurers.

I don't necessarily think thats the case. Most guys don't give a shit about how tall their girl is unless they're a literal midget or grossly tall. Short girls maybe think men operate the same as women do when it comes to height, and not realize guys don't give a shit.

Tall women on the other hand don't have much of a choice. The fact that they're tall already cuts off a lot of potential partners if they insist on the guy towering over them, and since height is such a desired trait in men, tall guys essentially have their pick of the litter and can pick whoever they like, which is typically girls of average height because tall girls very have weird bodies, and sex with a short girl for a tall guy can just be uncomfortable and awkward.

I think the many of this height obsession from girls comes from low insecurity virtue signalling. Girls can get laid anytime they want no matter what, so there wont be any incel/manosphere/robot girls. Obviously there still gonna be a lot of girls who dont get that much attention or cant get into relationships, so they gonna virtue signal their high standards to make themselves feel better. The "if i decline someone out of my league it means im in his league" thing is real in girls.
And yeah there gonna be height queens but from what Ive seen most girls are cool if youre equally tall or like an inch taller. Height is definitely more important for them but I think if you asked the vast majority of guys would prefer short and average girls. All my really tall friends have been with average girls. My 6'7 friend was dating a 5'1 girl, it looked fucking hilarious. I'm 5'11, a girl with my height is like top 3% of something and I see shit-ton of guys taller than me. Like every third or so. Guys are taller on average by like 4-5 inches so even girls who are considered tall have a shit-ton of options statistically. Its more about guys preferring tall girls in my opinion

Yeah I agree with you, I was just saying that while most guys prefer girls on the average to shorter side, if a girl is 5'11 it typically isn't a dealbreaker, even if she's taller than him. For a lot of girls a short guy, even if he's still taller than her is a massive issue and often a dealbreaker.

Yeah I definitely agree but what I want to say is that its not just height, height is just obvious. Girls like to nitpick on every little thing and overanalize a single sentence while guys are more practical and will take what they can get.
I think it can be a good tool to filter out extremely shallow women though. I mean you obviously you have preferences and whatever, everybody is shallow to an extent. But girls who draw a straight line (and they dont even know what that looks like irl) at a certain height gonna do the same shit with other things.
