Oh I wish I could work those lats forever

Oh I wish I could work those lats forever

what's there to stop you?

tfw someone stole your lats, but you need your lats to take them back

Best exercises for lats?

Im lacking on my lats, just started working out again from a 3 month hiatus

I have a similar experience
My sides exploded so now I have no obliques

tfw high lat insertions

Weighted chins and pull-ups. The lats primary function is extension at the shoulder. Putting the shoulder in a fully forward flexed position (overhead), then pulling your upper arm into a full extended position (the top portion of a pull-up), works your lats through a maximal range of motion. This is superior to rows, where the ROM is ~1/2 that. Though you should do both, just for the scapular retraction on rows.

cleans

>powerful extension at the hips, knees, and ankles
>training the lats
hurr durr

goys what aboot traps? i shrug as much as i can but i dont really fell them activating, more like my shoulder blades go up and down

Should you do rows on the same day as pull ups?

Me too brudda

>Weighted pull ups
My man. Just hit 4 reps at 90lbs today, weigh 169. Feels so good.

>169
How short are you?

Fuck shurgs just use as much weight, heavy rack pulls above the knee should take care of upper traps and mid/lower traps are worked out by heavy as fuck cheat rows, got all this from Alphadestiny and it works trust me.

>0 upperback just lats
yeah you should do some shrugs and some facepulls

idk what's worse, I'm all upperback and I'm in need of some lats

Yes. I do 5 or 6 sets of pull ups first, then chin ups and then rows, as if they were drop sets.

They will be worked between your pullups and rows.

Tfw all traps all lats and need some more brapts
