I just checked to see how tiny you would have to be for that to be the case, you'd need to be about 4'4 and 85lbs for 175 1rm to be proficient.

Are these numbers enough for someone who is 6'0 215 to move on to an intermediate program? I keep stalling on my lifts, but Rippetoe has examples of some people riding SS to a 400 lb squat.

If you do Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, and Power Cleans it tracks calves.

same here man. I can squat and deadlift all day. Leg presses all day. Hit the bench and i turn to mush. Longer arms, weaker chest, smaller torso. I'm all leg :'(

I don't know why squat is so hard for me. Just can't seem to progress on it - 100-110kg x5 done ATG is the max for me depending on the day. Power clean and deadlift develop all the while the squat is just stalling.
