Start at 6 sets of 2. Add one rep to one set each session, ending at 6 sets of 3. Right now my next two sessions have me doing 3 sets of 3 and then 3 sets of 2 at the weight specified.

They aren't bad on the first lower day, but they're pretty bad on the second, especially if you stick to 1 minute rests and get 10 reps. Super fun though.

I think Sheiko is the best program for people that visit this general. It's for a genetic dead-end broken dick retards who need a stupid amount of volume at no intensity to make progress. Especially if you were autistic and too scared to get under an actual heavy barbell and make progress doing half the volume.
