Resting heart rate of 96

>resting heart rate of 96

>resting heart rate of 120

Resting heart rate of 52bpm

how mate ? I haven't done cardio in over a year and my rhr is 65-70

>resting heart rate of 0

How? My cardio is pure garbage but I'm at 70 right now.

>resting hr of 48

get on my level

are you like 500 pounds?
kek

That sounds peaceful

My body seems to be failing me. As far as I can remember I always had resting HR of 80-82, no matter what. I could be training judo 3 times week + going to the gym 3 times week and still have the same heart rate as during the year my diet consisted mainly of moonshine and fast food.

71

nurse told me the other week that is in the normal range

not good though

43 to 55
0 cardio, just lifting and soccer

46-48 here
Do cardio daily tho

fat fuck? weird genetics? heart condition?

>0 cardio
>soccer

Do you just stand there and hope the ball rolls your way?

soccer is basically 90 minutes of cardio tho

Resting heart rate of 45...

Set hospital alarms off master race

Yeah meth has a pretty long half life it sucks dude.

my resting heart rate is 35
doctors flip
i fall asleep easily
related? @_@

>tfw im the goalkeeper
Nah I play in a 7x7 football league with my friends, not standard 11 players per side. Its not really an aereobic sport I guess, a lot of short sprints

>just counted mine
>87
JUST

No joke, mine was 94 almost 2 years ago, stopped drinking, started lifting then cardio then hiit, I sit around 50-55 these days.

fuck man I have been dealing with anxiety recently and noticed my HR was at like 70. As long as I remember I was closer to 60 and feeling it beat at 70 gives me some serious anxiety. I wanna get it down lower.

Do you do tons of cardio?

Im 20 and my heart rate is 70 when sit down

Not overweight or so, i workout often but never do cardio, only intensity training

Should i worry ?

>19
>healthy cross country runner
>don't smoke
>no sleep apnea
>ideal BMI
>BP 130/90

I will die of a heart attack before I'm 60.

Same boat, Im going to start HIIT.

22. Overweight (75kg, I'm 165m). Was 120kg 7 months ago. Been lifting light weight for these months, no cardio yet.
Resting heart rate of 72.

Is this fine?

...

70

When last i checked it was 60

Still lifting but I cut out most cardio due to time cons.

Maybe I should add in HIIT.

this is after 6 cups of coffee today...

Professional second hand smoker & caffeine addict

50 and I don't do any cardio. No coffee yet tho.

RHR- 55 bpm and I'm female

you love cheese, don't you?

being a sedentary fatty is the new normal, but it's not okay

59 and I've never done cardio

You are going to die

I'm 21 and mine is consistently 80-100, ~70 when I wake up in the morning.
Only been lifting for 2 months and no cardio but I'm still very concerned. I'm not overweight.

80 on roids

55-60 on roids with cardio

> resting heart rate of 51

I have a bmi of 28 and do cardio very occasionaly.

How out of shape do you have to be, to even get above 60?

restin heart rate is 53 (doctor send me to tests to be sure i have no hleath problem) and i cant run for 2 min.

You don't have to be out of shape. Certain heart conditions and hyperthyroidism can increase your heart rate, among other things.
I'm and I really want to get to the bottom of my own problem, it must be an underlying condition.

I do lots of cardio and have like 70
I am going to die?

Wtf guys i have 91 and i do cardio 2 timed a week (basketball)

is riding a bike for around 20 minutes a day count as cardio?

Depends how fast you're going, I guess.
20 min ain't much though.

70 when sitting down is absolutely normal

I used to only lift, so mine is definitely shite, but I just bought a concept2 rowing machine, gotta improve that RHR and vo2max.

>resting heart rate of 65-70 while on 2 grams of gear

Should have done your cardio, fellas.

60-100 is considered normal. 60 is an athletic heart rate. 70 is perfectly healthy.

Try an hour.

20-25 minutes of riding bike as in going to school and going to the gym with it. My back wheel is kinda fucked up so it's hard for me to ride.

fact: having "normal" values (think general population) is really really bad

My friend (18) has a resting heart rate of around 110, I couldn't even fucking believe it so she tested it multiple times, always came above 100.

Can I get some insight on this?
She's skinny literally no muscle if that helps

could be just a really unfit person on a shit diet
or heart condition
or overactive thyroid
or weird genes (not that rare)

Was 76 six months ago

Cut out smoking, drinking, started cardio + lifting and eating right

About 55-60 today

Lowest HR achieved was 31 back when I was at that top of my game. Now my usual is around 41 with good rest. If I didnt rest properly, my RHR is typically in the 60s. I use RHR all the time to measure my quality of sleep. I never do hard workouts / PR days on days that I didnt rest adequately.

When I was on roids it was really high, consistently over 100.

maybe she's really into you user ;)

I did mine on one of those machines at like a walmart and I got 102

We took a bunch of hr in statistics class back in high school to demonstrate normal distribution. The two kids with the highest bp were rail skinny kids who didn't exercise.

resting heart rate of 78 bpm but when I get up its 110 bpm

how fucked am i

get on my level

>tfw resting heart rate of 150
every beat hurts

>0 cardio
>just soccer

>it's not an aerobic sport
Soccer is non-stop movement with mixtures of HIIT.
You're literally doing a light jog the entire game in any position. Sprinting is nowhere near the factor of just constant movement.

>be me
>60 heart rate
>hardly do any cardio

get fucked nerds. I'm 'Athletic'

>You're literally doing a light jog the entire game in any position

I always played goalie because I was too fat to run

Good job.
