Honestly, 1/2/3/4 isn't that impressive. That is about a year of training for an "average" lifter. You'll look a little bigger but that's about it. Your body won't look drastically different until you hit 2/3/4/5.

Hitting that at 170 will look much different than hitting it at 230

Very few people will reach those stats natty, especially a 2pl8 OHP, so fuck off. Also, "looking different" is relative. If you started out as a skeleton and lifted your way to 1/2/3/4 then you're definitely going to look "drastically different" than when you started.
