Post 400 calories meals

Post 400 calories meals

>the volume of food is the only thing that contributes to satiety

vegans are ridic

Thats really a bad thing

Trying a vegan diet now and sure, more protein/calorie in plants but you need to eat around 2-3kg of plants a fucking day to get as much protein as you would from alot less beef

>tfw you will never force yourself gulp down several kilograms of vegetables you don't even like every single day to get the proteins you would from a couple of eggs due to being brainwashed into the misanthropic ideology that is veganism.
>tfw you will get to look at people who does and laugh at them.

I present you an apex of cooking

>tfw a spoon of peanut butter has over 100 calories

>400 calories
setting that bar way too low
not even worth the dishes if it's under 600 c

>Strawman Argument because you're a fucking retard

if it's skippy brand spreadable candy thats 55% icing sugar
white man peanut butter is

>be not vegan
>don't starve

Just pick two of these.

got more of this kind of thing?

he is right tho

whenever I eat a meal low in meat and high in vegetables and fruit I dont feel satiated at all

What is this supposed to mean? Vegtables waste space ?

Damn this image is really cool

A giant spoonful with one of my big spoons is about 50g of peanut butter. I eat two for a after lunch snack and it's like 500 calories and 20g of protein. I use cinnamon peanut butter because I cant stand regular flavor

Not a complete protein. Never gonna make it.

Except its not a strawman.

He's 100% right, fats are more filling than protein and proteins are more filling than carbs.

if you have ever tried keto you would know that doing a very large deficit is easy on it because of the satiety of the foods you eat.

What about two of these?

...

I don't have any more.

So what you're saying is vegans need to eat 5 full stomachfulls of food each day or else they will be malnourished? Well they may be a bunch of cucks but at least they aren't dumplets...

>Protein is measured in calories

I think they meant protein rich foods, and they couldn't call it meat, as they wanted to include eggs and tofu. Yeah, their wording is stupid.
I doubt they measured just the energy from the protein component there.

This.

No, water has volume too. Weight and fiber contribute to satiety. 100 kcal cabbage weigh a lot more than 100 kcal steak, that is all.
>you need to eat around 2-3kg of plants a fucking day
Good thing legumes, potatoes, avocados, pasta, nuts and pb exist, right?

>potatoes

potatoes are GOAT, but even 2kg of them would only be like 1500kcal

>400 calories
c'mon now

Did it really make you think

where is that from, the style seems familiar

Is it possible to get your jizz to be this thick without the blood?

400 calories of chicken is like 16 oz of white organic chicken breast meat

>1 egg is 100 kcal

Stopped looking at that picture there

one gram of protein is 4 kcal, so yeah protein can be measured in calories

Combine the last two and a sprinkle of the first for a filling meal.

>chase a shot of bailey's with balsamic vinegar
>welp i'm full

And fat is the most satiatiing macro nutrient.

Why? It's an egg and a half there, and eggs can be between 50 to 75, depending on size. So 1.5 eggs of 66 kcals would be 100.

This fucking quart of soup. Holy shit this stuff is good. I think it's what is going to get the weight off for me. You can't even put a quart of soup in a bowl. Add a bunch of pepper and call it a day. You could even water it down if you wanted.

According to who? I'm pretty sure protein is the most satiating.

Trader Joe's makes some great soup.

Anyone else eat these? 15g protein and carbs, 120 kcals, $1. I've been eating a lot of them lately

100 grams of whey protein isolate powder mixed with water.

Oh fuck I haven't had these in a month. Thanks for reminding me user.

Dragon's Crown

>3000 milligrams of Sodium
Stay hydrated user.

Fucking kek

this.
also that's a kidney, not a stomache.

Are you blind or just retarded?

a little bit of both most days desu

sodium intake doesn't really matter as long as it's under 1lb of salt a day or something like that. more people are killed by kraken attacks than salt consumption.

oddly enough, hydration and sodium levels line up with lunar cycles more than anything else. this was discovered during (earthbound) tests on cosmonauts

>bulking on boiled potatoes
Fry them you pussy and dip them in delicious guac

Dude it's soup

>Tfw you will never be a vegan "Lifter"
>You will never be on a 3500 kcal bulk having to eat 20 meals each weighing 5kgs
>You will never have to go to the toilet 20 times a day due to all the fibre youre eating.
>You will never then get to go home and post on image boards about how healthy you are while crying between shoving fistfuls of lettuce into your mouth

...

>Vanilla flavor with whey
>All of those protons and fiber

peanut butter is like 6 calories a gram. sugar will actually decrease caloric density.

vegetable oil, sugar and flour are all ez vegan calories bud and you can do magical things with gluten

skippy has like 4 grams of sugar per 2 tablespoons

4 eggs is about 356 cals. Pretty much the cheapest response to this question.

what the fuck kinda /x/ shit is this post

What? The eggs I buy are only 70 cals each

One or both of you don't know what a strawman
is.

100kcal protein = 25g protein
