Honestly, i might be in a similar boat. I don't intentionally cut out fats, but i unintentionally get yogurt that probably has far less fat than normal, because i was obsessive about finding as calorie efficient sources of protein as possible.
I still eat fish, cheese, and an avocado on occasion, and use olive oil on stuff.
