r8 my meal plan:

>breakfast
-4 eggs scrambled + .25c shredded cheese
-shake: .5c oats, 1c fage greek 2%, banana, frzn berries, whole milk

>1st lunch
-chicken (drumstick + thigh), 1c rice, 2serv spinach, 1serv broccoli

>2nd lunch
-whole wheat natural pb and natural jelly sandwich, apple, whole milk

>dinner A (alternate with dinner B)
-serving pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce
-mixed greens with salad dressing

>dinner B
-serving chicken curry
-asparagus

>dessert
-protein shake

nah not necessarily true. Im indian and have been drinking milk since baby. has never adversely affected me, no runs no acne. I'm brahmin tho, I've found all my brahmin friends generally tolerate fine.
