Im just a strenght coach, not a physio, go check with physio beacuse I might be wrong. There is something off 100%
I've noticed the APT for a while but never knew it had a term or could be fixed. And for my spine I don't think there is much of a problem, there's luckily a physio at my school so I'll just find out in a few days
Just do exercises causing PPT (posterior pelvic tilt) and it will go to NPT (neutral pelvic tilt)

Kyphosis? Scoliosis is when your spine is bent sideways, Kyphosis = bent outwards. I have both, looks a bit weird but not in any pain, current surgical technology too risky to have it fixed
