I'm 182cm, 80-81kg. I basically have the same amount of muscle or a bit less, but obviously 8-10 more kg of fat. Your pic is my goal body for now. I want to lean down first, then start a slow clean bulk.

Losing weight since mid december last year. At this point I've probably lost around 65 pounds. Still overweight but a couple more pounds and I'll be a normal bmi. Still fat tho so gonna cut down to 180ish

Yeah that sounds like what my starting point was. Make sure you count your calories if you arent already.

Forgot to ask, how long did it take going from 80kg to 72kg? My guess is 5-7 months. I assume you gained some muscle along the way, so you probably lost 10-12kg of fat which is what I'm currently aiming for.

Gj. Your skin will still retract a bit for another year. Whatever is leftover will be permanent loose skin. But it wont be that bad.

I'd even, and I did, cut to 165 lbs to make sure your skin has the most room to retract. It'll also be easier to see on what bodyparts you should focus. Ex-fatties often have unsymmetric muscles and bad posture from years of doing nothing. It's easier to see those and work on it when you're at low bf

I basically started to eat again once my lifts stalled, i was 72kg at the time, and my lifts have shot up again since eating more so im just gonna keep doing that.
