Used Epherdine and Clen for cuts/ UD 2.0, other than that - nothing. I used a shit ton of L-leucine, BCCAs, ARA acid, fish oil (cycled with ARA-a), and glutamine. Used to compete as a powerlifter too, until having 2 herniated discs and a torn pec. Getting bigger is all about eating and providing a training stimulus and a tapering of it (overreach - gain strength, taper, repeat, eat plenty good fats, optimal carbs, optimal protein, enough calories and u gain - also make training enjoyable and same for your diet or you lack comittment and it goes to shit)
