Decreased libido after a workout

Anyone here have almost to no sex drive after a workout?

For the past few months after a workout ive been getting almost to no sex drive.

And its starting to affect me during the days too, i barely have any libido

Anyone else in the same boat?

You could be working out so hard that your cortisol levels are too high. Or it could be lack of energy. Or it could be lack of zinc like the other user said.

You need to supplement. No joke. You sweat a lot when training and that drains your body of useful minerals. If you are training, you basically need more of everything. I unironically recommend you to start taking multivitamins. Get some good brand, a lot of them are basically you eating sugar, because of shit absorption rates. As your fellow fitizens already said, get more zinc and saturated fat.

Depends on where you live. I live in russia, so there is a lot of low quality shit from ukraine coming in, thats basically fucking sugar, its not even multivitamins, even legit medical drugs from there are often times very low quality. I recommend looking around for some legit sports nutrition companies and buy shit from them. See around and try out different shit. Get your bloodwork too, check if you are deficient in zinc or magnesium or anything else specific.

This was me , we have it in our mind that if we aint wanking everyday that we should be hard 24-7. Since cutting down porn i find i am much less horny but when i do get hard it's much better than with porn .

usually it's teh opposite for me actually. but if you train too long (aka more than 1.5h) with moderate/high intensity your cortisol levels will rise and the obvious result is lower sex drive.
