ehh you go 6 times a week to the gym for how long? i'm asuming that you're doing a basic bb routine right? Try different exercises that give you the burning sensation and what you're most comfortable with, and make a routine out of that. i personally do a lot of exercises with high reps

I started at 110 lbs at 5'9 and got up to 164 in about a year. I stopped lifting and eating and sunk down to 135 which is the picture you see first. Then I didn't wanna wait long so I did 8 weeks of LGD and gained 25 lbs which is the second photo. Now I just wanna do a cycle and get huge and then cut.
