I am in overweight category what do?

>ameritards need three classes of obesity to cover all cases

BMI is garbage for lifters
FFMI is a much better barometer

cultivate more mass you skinny little twink

>this is nothing but "normal" in the US

>FFMI
There is also a super obese category

Mass is mass user
The more body mass you have the shorter your life span.
In some respects, too much muscle is worse then too much fat.

>18.5 - 24.9
>skinnyfat

fix'd

>Morbidly obese is now categorized in classes
>They depict heaviest fatass walking

Bullshit, those lardasses are permabed or dead if +40

>FFMI
never heard of this before.
im fat but have a FFMI at 25-26
i was about this level based on the bodyfat estimate they gave me when i signed up for gym.

Bmi is a good tool for the majority of people who don't know their body fat %. Of course if you lift for years it will change though

is this bait or are you clinically retarded?

how new are you that you dont know what FFMI is
also FFMI numbers become more inaccurate if you are a manlet or if you have higher than 15% bf

if you truly are 25 FFMI, congrats on hitting what is most likely the natty limit you are now on par with steve reeves

bf? height? weight? pic? i would like to believe.

The problem with ffmi is that it needs an accurate body fat measure which is hard to come by

dubs of stupidity. you can get to 26 ffmi natty. steve reeves was not natty

I'm naturally very muscular

Are you implying Steve Reeves is natty?

How much do I need to workout realistically if I'm quasi out of shape around 26 bmi

I'm big boned

...

You just need to lose weight

Oh jesus.
You didn't know.
This is reality.
This is how it is.

Just eat less? Should I cut out sugar and fried foods or anything?

I pretty much already have cut way back but I need faster results, I guess does anyone have weightloss tips then?

Eat less
Train more

There is one normal person on this photo, the others are really really fat

Move more eat less
>t. went from 50%bf to 15%bf (18% current)
