1 frozen banana
1 cup milk
1 scoop (chocolate flavored)
some peanut butter

??

hey champ i see you a little bit confused, let me clear things up. what you do is you put the banana is the FUCKIGN FREEZER, YOU FUCKING DUMB CUNT

>2 cups whole milk
>2 tbsp peanut butter
>1/2 cup oats
>4 tbsp olive oil
>1.25 heaping scoops mass gainer
>1 scoop creatine

blend for a minute :)

>Easier to mix. Easier to drink. Don't have to digest a ridiculous amount of fat. Can continue working out/exerting yourself after imbibing.
In all seriousness: Water>Milk.
In less seriousness: milk is a shit-tier protein supplement and should be treated as a "cheat meal" category beverage. If you're drinking milk daily you might as well be eating cake.

can we just ban brainlets from fit

>milk
>whipping cream
>oats
>dark chocolate
>almonds
>peanut butter

Yes? put it in the blender with everything else, gives the whole thing an ice-creamy texture

Ice, Banana, Greek Yoghurt and Latte or natural strawberry Myprotein

Why not just use normal bananas and ice if you want the texture though

>couple handfuls of frozen raspberries, strawberries and blackberries
>3 scoops of traditional plain greek yogurt
>some orange juice
>handful of ice cubes
>4 scoops of EAS vanilla protein powder
Serves 2

>yoghurt and juice

Y’all nigguz really do 2 scoops per shake? I do one scoop protein, serving of creatine, water. That’s it. Sometimes throw some fruit if I got extra. Every time tastes nasty, every time make my self drink it with tears.

> peel a bannana and put it in freezer.
vs
> filling up ice trays

it's the same effort either way

1.25 scoopz
1.5 cup water

found the chink

This.

If you drink milk regularly you're a fucking retard and you're never gonna make it

>2 tbs of %100 cacao
>3 tsp of stevia
>3 scoops of protein
>2 cups of milk

480 calories and tastes great

two scoops, cup and a half milk, banana, handful of blueberries, ice

> not doing gomad

>Wanting to get cancer

MILK IS FOR ANGLOS AND SCANDINAVIAN BROS ONLY

>FUCK OFF UNEVOLVED LACTOSE INTOLERANT CRETINS

because I buy a million fucking bananas and they go bad. overripe ones are better in banana bread or the blender anyways.

ice, cup or less of milk, 1 scoop of vanilla protons, 1/2 frozen banana, Tbsp or less of peanut butter and a heaping fucking SHITTON OF INSTANT COFFEE.

4 cups skyr
1 cup milk
1 banana
Scoop of mango 4 flavor
Stwawbewwies
Couple handfuls of greens or whatever leaf vegetable I have

Honestly for protein everything after skyr is unnecessary as I like the taste of yogurt, but I like to get alot of my daily fruits and veggies out of the way

>1/4 Swedish, all northern european. Lactose intolerant.

Fart city. Shit city if I push it. feels batman. Lactaid 4 lyfe. Milk with enzyme. Still fart.

>1 scoop
>1 glass of milk
>1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Not lactose intolerant, not even Asian. I'm of Nordic and Anglo dissent. Just smart enough to know milk is on par with sweets and treats and shouldn't be included in daily nutrition.
>tfw no bovine bullshit included in my gains
>tfw no prostate, kidney, stomach, brain, etc. cancer in my future from drinking a cocktail of hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, and low quality source of macros and micros

1 scoop vanilla proton
1 cup milk
3 oz whiskey

3 scoops of choco flavour protein
3 bananas
1.2l full cream milk
a bit of honey.
ice cubes

I guess it's not a really a protein shake, but I much prefer yogurt to a shake as I feel it keeps me more full for a longer amount of time. I use Strawberry Cream flavored whey from MyProtein with some Greek yogurt/Icelandic skyr. Depending on the day I'll change it up with different nut/berry combinations.

The Strawberry Cream flavour is great will all dairy based products, so it works great when mixing in with milk too.

scoops

H

>1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder (I use chocolate, but any flavor should do)
>1/2 cup of Oats
>1 Tablespoon of Flax Seed
>1 Banana
>2 Tablespoons of Nonfat Greek Yogurt
>Enough milk to fill the bottle

Blend it and then enjoy.

Shame you'll catch aids from all the semen you're guzzling

2 scoops o' protein, milk, fruit (preferably banna) two raw eggs,a few scoops of cottage chees and activia yogurt

>3/4 of a cup of frozen berries
>lmao2scoops
>enough milk to cover everything
Adding the whey after the milk and berries makes it not stick to the sides of the blender, and it doesn't form clumps.

>not drinking kefir

2 cups milk
1 banana
1 big tablespoon peanut butter
2 raw eggs
bit of honey

god tier

2 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 frozen banana
2 scoops protein
4 tablespoons peanut butter
tablespoon unsweetened coco powder
honey

>Afraid of fat
What are you, a woman?

1 scoop per cup of water, m8. Or milk if you're bulkin. bulk4lyfe

My current shake is
Almond milk
Frozen Spinach
Frozen Blueberries
Bananas
Oats
Whey
Peanut Butter

Absolutely love it. Best way to start the day. Anyone have any ideas to make it even better?

Well, today I put like six scoops of GNC whey into a blender, along with some ice, two bananas, milk, and strawberries. I ended up drinking all of it in like 45 minutes because it actually tasted good, and didn't have that awful chunky consistency it has when I just stir it with a spoon in a glass.

Try it sometime.

Yeah bro, water is the shit. I feel that I digest the shake better and it frees up those extra calories from milk

>Grab my dick
>Shake
>Free protein

2 scoops protein, tablespoon of natural peanut butter, 1 large banana, water.

Pic and a simple one here:
> 16 once milk
> 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
> 2 scoops of protein powder

>2 tablespoons coconut oil
explain this

It's really healthy for you?

1 scoop whey
1 cup whole milk
1 cup egg whites
1 banana
9 ice cubes
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
optional: half a cup of oats

1 scoop of proteinpowder
75 grams oats
100ml lactose free milk
50 gram honey
50 gram peanutbutter
20 ml virgin olive oil
20 gram almond
some cocos
banana
dark chocolate
and some icecubes

wouldnt that be extremely thick

Why waste so much protein?

and 1 egg

It's is.
Sometimes I add a little more milk, or some water if it gets too much

>150g vanilla low greek yogurt
>250ml milk
>2 scoops
>couple ice cubes
I'm a simple man.

>Maybe 20g protein
>Incomplete protein sources

Nver gonna make it.

Milk IS bad because of the sugar content. Other dairy such as cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and yogurts (not the sugary shit) are excellent for you.

My shake:
>30g unflavored whey isolate
>2g creatine HCL
>1 cup water
Slam it. Flush with water.

How often should I be taking creatine? At the moment I don't take it unless I workout that day. I take it before my workout, then again after my workout; with a protein shake both times of course. I've never known though if I should be taking it as well on my rest days or not? I mean my muscles are still repairing so creatine would benefit them right?

>a dollop of kefir alongside my hot cinnamon oatmeal

3/4 cup oats
2-3dl milk
1,5 scoop whey
1,5 teaspoon chunky peanut butter
1 banana
5g creatine

I eat this for breakfast and I am not hungry until lunchtime.

>mfw I tried this the first time and didn't peel it first.
Peeling a frozen banana is hard...

You take the peel off when you do that, nitwit

Atleast someone is dumber than me. Can you fucking read you brainlet?

>no cherry on top

Pleb tier

>8oz almond milk
>12oz water
>1/2 cup oatmeal
>1 tablespoon of following: chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp powder, and instant coffee
>1 teaspoon of following: matcha powder, maca powder, cacao powder
>1 serving of following: creatine, BCAA
>handful of kale
>1 banana
>1 scoop of plant based protein
>three ice cubes

Blend it up and you got yourself a delicious meal replacement protein shake. I have it for breakfast then go workout and start my day.

It’s insanely delicious and extremely filling. I’m not hungry for a good five hours afterwards.

Everything costs in total around $50 bucks and it gives me about a months worth of shakes so it’s not bad at all.

I used to drink milk and whey protein shakes but the burps and farts were atrocious to the point that I felt sick just burping it and tasting it.

These burps are delicious! And I don’t really fart at all either

Oh I forgot
>1-2 tablespoon of MCT oil

>500g Chicken
>500ml Water

That's it

I can't drink them anymore without gagging.
Now I make them into a paste and let it sit for an hour and it turns into a pudding type dessert.

Three tablespoons of sustagen in a glass of cold milk. You can thank me later.

How's the Latte? The mocha is my favorite and I have the strawberry as well
