Damn its really like he trained his muscles differently almost as if he trained them for speed and agility instead of strength, Its almost as if he made that choice knowing he was going to be professionally fighting instead of working construction from 8-5. i just read, (and experienced when trying myself) that feet low on the panel hits quads a lot more, feet high on the panel hits hamstrings and maybe glutes if you are good at activating them. narrow feet hits lateral quads, wide feet hits medial quads(not sure about this last one).
obviously all these muscles are contributing somewhat to any leg press but emphasized in different setups
