I literally thought I fractured a bone.

Lel, after fucking around for two workouts I decided to hit a leg day, did goblet squats and ton of hamstring curls/leg extentions/calf rises without proper stretch or warmup, imagine what hapenned to me next day.

>5x5 squats
>5th set im dying
>walk out of the gym
>I can already feel it

Im going to wake up in hell and stay there for 3-4 days

Doms is a good kind of suffering though

do 30-50 bodyweight squat tommorow and some light cardio

I wish I weren't so scared of these lifts but I know a bunch of people with fucked up spines, one who slipped a disc and one who snapped their shit up lifting with bad form. I'd rather die than do that to myself and it scares me so bad

You could, alternatively, deadlift at a lower number of reps and weight than your max. It should be easy enough for your body to sustain that without facing the possibility of damage.
