My right knee starts wanting to go inwards during the last sets of squatting for me too, and it ends up caving in a bit.
I'm only squatting 198lbs. I could probably keep progressing, but last time I did it made my form worse.

What should I do? Do this weight a few until I get strong enough to do correct form I'm guessing.

I get lower back pain when I squat, without fail. I've had my form checked by multiple people, including a strength coach with several state records and 15 years experience coaching people to national records. There's apparently nothing wrong with it.
