i dont half rep and i have many friends that i go to the gym with. i tried squatting and deadlifting but i always got lower back pain and it just wasnt worth it anymore. i do hacksquats now and my legs are developing fine

I benched 90kg x5 about 2 months ago but it went down 10 kg in a few weeks due to a shitty diet and no sleep. Everything else stayed the same though. I'm having a really hard time getting it back up. Seems to just get weaker every week.

Yeah I've had some knee problems for a while which has held me back from adding weight to the bar. I'm feeling better now so I'm going try and get past that 2pl8. Should be easy enough. I think I'll be able to add 5kg a week easily now.

as someone who has had issues with his knees I am going to advise you to take it easy and slower than you think you are capable of, just so you dont re-injure it. do some front squats too

I'm not a big fan of running but I force myself to run a mile before every workout and I am slowly getting better at it. I also weigh about 100lbs less though.

For me at least my goals are to be well rounded in everything fitness rather than just be someone who is good at cardio or someone who can only lift heavy.
