ITT: Injury Discussion

Anyone here tear their knee ligaments without any swelling or serious pain? A tennis player told me he didn't even know his fucked up his ACL until weeks after. I searched it up and it is actually possible to have zero pain with ligament injuries. You can completely tear your ACL and walk fine the next day.

I heard a loud ass pop when I was warming up my squat a couple days ago. Felt a bit painful and I limped for a day. I'm back to walking normal but it's clicking here and there and there's some pain. I don't think I can put a lot of weight on it atm like a bodyweight squat

Should I get it checked out? Or just keep RICEing it?

I saw a girl that looked like this walking on the street the other day, she was a little chubby and had a big fat ass.

Is there any way to approach a girl on the street without being a total creep? I want to die every time I see a girl this hot and don't talk to her

You can probably get Angela White if you have $5000. Just saying.

No he can't. Just because she is in the adult film industry, she doesn't have to sell her body. She's pure.

I have arthritis in most of my joints. I don't know how I got it and I don't know how to manage it

just tell her this line
>you're gorgeous! too bad about your MANHANDS
then walk away. the neg will make her chase after you

How do you know you have arthritis?

You telling me if you offered her 5 g's she wouldn't spread her ass? That's bullshit. Just buy a camera and invite a friend to shoot then.

I have some kind of wrist pain that hasn't gone away. I haven't taken a break since I work and workout. I put icy hot and hasn't done much.
It affects my bicep and tricep workouts but after those, everything is ok. I should probably leave it alone for a while but I'm worried about losing my gains

Best bet is to chill for at least a week or however long it takes to go away. Then get back into it and make to do a lot of stretches for the wrist and forearms

I've had Scatia pain since May. I saw a doctor last week and his only suggest would to do planks. Anybody else has this?

Had shin splints for 6 months and I've been doing my exercises and they're going away slowly but now I have a dull ache constantly. Why wont they go away Veeky Forums? Seeing a sports doctor on Tuesday. I do calf stretches and foam roll but it won't go away.

Err on the side of caution. You might be in the early stages of developing exertional compartment syndrome.
The only reason I say this is because that's precisely what happened to me.
Get the fasciotomy. I haven't, but I may be soon if I find a way back into the Marines. I haven't run since January of 2014 because my legs are still wrecked since the lower leg muscles ruptured.

>tfw severe ankle sprain is almost completely healed
>tfw lost tiny bit of ROM
>tfw not enough to affect ATG squats

:)

I was so scared, I'd never had a sprain before. Very glad it worked out.

Anyone got the word on intense headaches setting in during exercise? Started randomly in the middle of my squat set 4 days ago and now come back whenever I do anything more intense than a few pushups. From what I've googled seems to be called an "exertion headache" but no real sources on what can help prevent them etc. I have a doctors appointment in about a week but I'd like to get back to training asap

I've had severe patella tendon pain in my right knee since February. I took a month off but it didn't help. I've managed to get to the point where I can squat 1pl8 with no pain, but anything more irritates it. Any one have tips?

This video helped out, personally.

On top of that, I would advise to try and focus on higher reps and accessory work for a while. You'll build muscle either way, but more volume will let you avoid loading your joints.

Spread the total weight throughout the workout, and let your muscle do the lifting instead of your bones and ligaments.

My shoulder hurts. I think it's from benching on Friday, pain didn't start until Saturday afternoon though. Have full range of motion and no noticeable weakness. I figure I'll just have to eat ibuprofen like candy and hope it calms down in a fews day. Anyone have any similar experiences/advice?

>coalburner
>pure

Anyone dealt with this before?

Start taking max aleve dosage everyday for a couple of weeks on top of your icing/heat treatment which should also be 2-3 times a day. You will probably be good to workout again after a week if not a couple of days.
