How can you tell if creatine is actually making a difference?

How can you tell if creatine is actually making a difference?

when you're getting bald

u feel stronger

you get stronger and gain 8lbs of water weight. desu it's pretty noticeable

How much stronger?

when u go from 154 to 162 in a week and its all muscle

should you take creatine on a cut?

ehh its more for building strength and adding mass idk if i would

stop taking it

im taking it right now while bulking and have gained a (what i think is) significant amount of weight, it retains water btw

creatine stores water in the muscle so you look bigger but not bloated. no reason not to take creatine desu also in response to op i lost 10 lbs on my bench quitting creatine for 2 months. this is my own experience tho

The only fitness supplement that actually works.

Yourr muscle should become sightly more plump/enlarged with water

Slightly improved muscle power, endurance, with rate

When does the water storage go away?

dont most preworkouts have creatine already?

A week or so after you stop taking it

Yes. Tbh I think they throw it in because it's a cheap / safe way to bulk it out. You probably won't get the required amount just from preworkout

Idk if it's because I'm a skinnyfat on a cut but I can't tell the difference at all. Only using it because it's cheap and why not.

so just throw an extra scoop in with my pre or what

Kek

does water storage go in fat too?

Will it actually make me bald

Only if you are predisposed to male pattern baldness.

how do I know that
